One credit equals one agent run. A run covers the full cycle: file read, analysis, code execution, and chart output.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my file storage limit?

You can delete files to free space or upgrade your plan. Existing files are not deleted automatically.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset each billing period.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

The Free plan lets you explore the product with no time limit. Paid plans do not include a separate trial period.

What payment methods do you accept?
